The Director of the Ileje District Council announces Tanzanians with merit and interest to work in the Ileje District Council to apply for the jobs mentioned there below, after receiving permission with Ref. And. FA. 97/288/01/09 dated June 25, 2024 from the Secretary General of the Office of the President Public Service Management and Good Governance.
CLASS II DRIVER – 10 POSITIONS
JOB DUTIES
i. Checking the vehicle before and after the trip to determine the vehicle’s safety condition;
ii. Sending employees to different places on business trips;
iii. Doing minor car repairs;
iv. Collecting and distributing various documents;
v. Filling and maintaining all travel information in the travel log; and
v. Cleaning the car.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANTS
Must have a Form IV Certificate and Class C or E driver’s license cars that he has worked on for at least one year without causing an accident.
Must have attended basic driving training (Basic Driving Course) offered by VETA College or another College recognized by the Government.

Based on the Government Salary Levels – TGS B
