DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Prepare work plans, study plans, study notes and Work Plans for other tasks assigned to him/her;
ii. Developing and disseminating teaching and learning tools;
iii. Teaching, assessing and maintaining records of Student Progress;
iv. Supervise and monitor student attendance in School and Classroom;
v. Supervising the mental, physical, and spiritual development of students and providing counseling and guidance;
vi. Providing professional and academic advice on the development of Education;
vii. Managing and maintaining school equipment and property; and
viii. Other duties assigned by the Principal according to the responsibilities of the School.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Employment of a Form Six National Examination certificate holder who has passed two or more subjects taught at school and has successfully completed a two (2) year Diploma in Teaching with a teaching subject in English Literature from a Government-recognized Teachers’ College
