Hisabati PSLE NECTA Examination Format 2024 PDF
This Mathematics Examination format has been prepared based on the 2016 syllabus which came into effect in 2017.
In this format, there are improvements in the Sections of the Examination Question Paper and the number of questions.
The Mathematics examination questions will be based on the student objectives set out in the Mathematics Subject Outline for Primary Schools from Standard III to VII of 2019.
In addition, the Competencies mentioned in the 2019 syllabus will be the ones that will be tested to determine the competence acquired by the student in the seven years of primary education.
This format is the product of improvements made from the 2020 format which had 45 questions. The improved format has eight (8) questions with a total of 33 items which are from all eight (8) types of specific competences derived from the three main competences.
The aim of these improvements is to enable the candidate to keep up with the changes in Science and Technology occurring around the world and to build a foundation of competence in secondary and higher education.
