4. Vote (for example 88Z2)
5. Sub vote (eg 5007)
6. Account your bank account
7. Salary Scale (full of TGTS, TGS, etc.)
8. Salary Grade (filling B, C, D, E, e.g.)
9. Salary Step (will fill 1,2,3 etc)When Successfully registered then you will be redirected to the next page to fill it out

11. Email address

How to get a salary slip
To get a salary slip follow these instructions
1. Log in to the service portal: https://salaryslip.mof.go.tz/Account/Login
2. Click where it says “Utumishi poral”.
3. Register using your email and check your number to get a username and password.
4. Log in using username and password
5. Click on the service information
6. Click on Salary Slip.
