This examination format is a revised version of a format that was issued by the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) in 2018.
The format is based on the Book Keeping Syllabus for Ordinary Secondary Schools issued in 2016.
Changes made involve the improvement of the assessment rubric and the inclusion of a table of specifications – there is no change in the assessment content.
