The Tanzania Police Force was officially established on 25 August 1919 with the announcement of the English Government Government published in Government Gazette No.Vol.1 No.21-2583 then known as the Tanganyika Police Force.

A) REGISTER LOST PROPERTY
For the customer / citizen reporting for the first time will press the button
to register lost property.
After clicking that button you will come to the registration page.
The client / citizen is required to register their personal information correctly and then click the button what is written in Save and continue
NOTE
Make sure you remember the number of the type of ID you chose to fill in for that The number is your password when viewing your information.
After clicking the save button and continue you will be redirected to that page
you will be able to report your lost property.
After filling out all the information correctly, click the button labeled save and
continue.
After clicking the ‘save and continue’ button you will be taken to the page which will give you or show you the payment number (Control Number) and the manner of payment what can be done

If you have lost more than one property you do not need to re-register. Click the words
readable Add lost property.
You will receive a message reminding you to save
your original property payment number.
Click the NO button to remain on the page payment instructions for your first statement of lost property.
B) ONLY REGISTER USER
For a client who has already provided information through the internet he no longer needs to start re-registering but will go to click the button labeled Registered User tu.
After clicking the button labeled save and proceed you will be redirected to the page
which will give you or show you the payment number (Control Number) and the manner of payment what can be done.
C) INSTRUCTIONS TO LOOK FOR LOST PROPERTY INFORMATION
Click the button labeled View Your Information.
After clicking the download button you will get your information that looks like this
below.
IMPORTANT STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR ONLINE POLICE LOSS REPORT
1. Fill out the form via the Internet to provide a description of the loss.
2. You will get Control Number 99XXXXXXXXXX
3. Pay Tsh 500 / = through the internet
4. Go to any police station for confirmation
5. Print your letter to your time.
