JOB TITTLE: DRIVER CUM MESSENGER
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Basic secondary education and Class C driving license. Trade Test or Mechanics Certificate from a recognized institution.
NB : Applicants should be 35years and above (Driver Cum Messenger Post only)
Minimum Experience:
i. Valid five-year accident-free drivers’ license,
ii. Certificate of good conduct
iii. Responsible, timely, honest
iv. Good communication skills
General competencies:
i. Customer needs – oriented, Team worker
ii. Good mechanical knowledge (Added advantage)
iii. Knowledge of banking shall be an added advantage.
iv. Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Duties and responsibilities
1. Maintain cleanliness and physical fitness of the vehicle and report defects Immediately.
2.. Ensure that authority Is given before taking vehicle for an assignment, ill. Ensure the availability of sufficient fuel.
3. Dispatch official correspondences
4. To maintain good working relationships with other sections and as well as external stakeholders
5. As needed, get authorization from Human Resources officer for repairs,
6. Supervise any authorized mechanical or physical repairs,
7. Serve as office messenger.
8. Any other official duties assigned by the Manager that do not interfere with regular duties.
REMUNERATION
An attractive compensation package will be offered to successful candidates as per TANESCO policies.
