The Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU)
The Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU) has a long history dating back to the establishment of the former Co-operative College Moshi on January 5, 1963.
Under the erstwhile Ministry of Co-operatives and Community Development, the College’s major responsibility was to train human resources in the cooperative sector.
The Co-operative College Act No. 32 (Repealed) of 1964 created the College as a self-governing institution with its own Governing Board.
Through Government Notice No. 172 of 2004, the Co-operative College Moshi was renamed MUCCoBS as the Constituent University College of Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA).
In September of 2014, MoCU was established as a result of the transformation of MUCCoBS into a full-fledged university.
The University is controlled by its own Charter, which was established in 2005 under the Universities Act No. 7.
On November 7, 2018, the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU) granted it accreditation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
(i) All applicants should indicate Departments/Disciplines and work station for which they apply;

(vi) Presentation of forged certificates and other information will necessitate legal action;
(vii) Applicants must be citizens of the United Republic of Tanzania with age not exceeding 45 years; and
