NeST means National e-Procurement System of Tanzania. The NeST is the electronic system that facilitates e-registration, e-tendering, e-contract management, e-catalogue and e-auction.
Public procurement is an important economic activity involving a large part of the National Gr assets.
The system supports various public procurement procedures including user registration, tender notification, tender preparation and submission, online tender evaluation, contract awarding, creation and management of catalogue, creation and management of framework agreements and auctions and payments. oss Domestic Product (GDP).
