DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i.To perform an assessment of all key risks that the Corporation may face;
ii.To conduct an independent review so as to ascertain that risk issues are being appropriately analyzed, evaluated and reported;
iii.To conduct verification of reports on key indicators and provide recommendations on necessary improvements;
iv.To prepare risk communication memos;
v.To conduct risk and change management training programs;
vi.To implement risk management plans;
vii.To participate in monitoring the performance of the enterprise risk management program and related activities on a continuous basis taking appropriate actions to improve its effectiveness;
viii.To prepare evaluation reports on the progress and efforts of enterprise risks initiatives, issues and trends on a regular basis;
ix.To prepare reports on the Business Continuity Plans tests;
x.To perform regular Risk Assessments (RAs) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA);
xi.To participate in coordinating Business Continuity Management Committee meetings keep records of same;
xii.To participate in conducting awareness and advocacy programs on Business Continuity Management throughout the Corporation; and
xiii.To perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor;
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management or any other related field from any recognized institution.
