The Commissioner General of Immigration hereby announces that Young People who have been selected to join the Immigration Department should report to the Raphael Kubaga Immigration College located in Boma Kichakamiba, Mkinga District – Tanga Region, on Saturday, March 01, 2025 from 2:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Anyone who reports to the College after the stated time will not be admitted. For those who applied and were selected through the Commissioner of Immigration Zanzibar, they are required to report to the Southern Unguja (Tunguu) Regional Immigration Office on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 2:00 am.
The Immigration Services Department is established under Section 4(1) of the Immigration Act of 1995 Chapter 54 as amended by Act No.8 of 2015.
It gives the Department the authority to control and facilitate immigration issues in the United Republic of Tanzania. The Department is one of the security organs under Ministry of Home Affairs.

DOCUMENTS THAT THE SELECTED APPLICANTS REQUIRED TO BRING TO COLLEGE;
A selected applicant is required to report with original certificates of education and various fields. A selected applicant who does not have original documents will not be admitted to the college.
The required certificates and documents are as follows:-
1. Birth certificate,
2. National Identification Number (NIDA) or Number,
3. Original Certificates of Education for Form Four, Form Six and Bachelor’s Degree,
4. Various Skill Certificates (For those with skills).
MATERIALS AND REQUIREMENTS THAT A SELECTED APPLICANTS REQUIRED TO BRING TO THE COLLEGE
1. Cash amounting to Tshs. 50,400/= for Health Insurance for those who do not have a Health Insurance Card or have a Health Insurance Card that expires before 31/12/2025
2. Cash amounting to Tshs. 25,000/= for health tests
3. Living expenses for personal use
4. Truck suit (02) black and dark blue
5. Pair of sports shoes (02) any color
6. Pair of smart civilian clothes (03)
7. Sheets – Mashuka (04) blue, Pillow (01), Pillowcase (02) blue

Those selected to join the training will undergo a health screening before commencing training, and all those found to have health challenges will not be allowed to join the College to attend the training.

NB: the aforementioned materials are available in the College Store, so the selected applicant can purchase them at his/her own discretion.
NOTE:
Transportation costs from home to the College will be borne by the student themselves.
