DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Printing letters, reports and documents, both regular and confidential;
ii. Receiving guests, listening to their problems and directing them to where they can be helped;
iii. Maintaining records of events, appointments, meeting dates, trips of its Head and other work schedules;
iv. To search for files and documents required in the performance of job duties;
v. Receiving files and distributing them to Officers in the relevant Department/Unit/Section;
vi. Collect, maintain and return files and documents to the relevant departments;
vii. Organizing briefings and making preparations for various sessions;
viii.Prepare a list of office equipment requirements; and
ix. Perform other duties assigned by his/her supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
To employ Form Four or Form Six graduates with a Diploma in Accounting.
In addition, they must have passed the Kiswahili and English 100 words per minute test and have received training in office computer programs such as:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Internet
- E-mail and
- Publisher from any government-recognized college.
