Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE): This is a selection test which enables the government to select form one entrants for its schools. Students who get selected and those not selected receive certificates.
The Examination Calendar: PSLE is administered in the second week of September every year.
The objectives of PSLE: The objectives of PSLE are: to assess learners’ knowledge and skills gained in the different subjects at the primary school level.
Eligibility for the Examination: Any pupil who has completed standard seven in both government and private schools can be registered and sit for this examination.
How to Check Standard Seven (PSLE) Exams Results 2024 (Matokeo Ya Darasa la Saba)
1. Visit the Official NECTA Website: www.necta.go.tz
2. Navigate to the Results Section: On the homepage, click on the “Results” tab.
3. Select CSEE Results: Choose the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) results option.
4. Choose the Year 2024: Select the year 2024 to view the latest results.
5. Search for Your School or Index Number: Enter your school’s name or your examination index number.
6. View and Download Your Results: The results will be displayed on the screen. You can download or print them for reference.
