The Tanzania Police Force is a government institution established with the aim of protecting the security of citizens and their property, maintaining peace, and enforcing the law in accordance with the Constitution of the United Republic of Tanzania.

The Chief of Police announces to the young men selected to join the Tanzania Police Force that they are required to report to the Moshi Police School from 12/06/2025 to 14/06/2025 for training.

IMPORTANT NOTES TO ALL

1. Young men who were interviewed in Dar es Salaam at the Forces under the Police Headquarters will report in Dar es Salaam at the parade ground located at the Police Barracks on Kilwa Road behind the Kilwa Road Police Station on 12/06/2025 at 06.00 AM for a trip to the Moshi Police School.

2. Young men who were interviewed in the Regions of Mainland Tanzania are required to report to the Regional Police Commanders who conducted the interview on 11/06/2025 at 2.00 am for a trip to the Moshi Police School.

3. Similarly, young men who were interviewed in Zanzibar (Unguja and Pemba) are required to report to the Zanzibar Police Headquarters (Ziwani) on 11/06/2025 at 2.00 am for travel arrangements.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REPORT WITH

All selected young men are required to report to the Police School Moshi with the following equipment:

i) A blue track suit with a white stripe, a plain white t-shirt, rubber, black socks, two (2) blue sports and exercise bags, and a blue metal box.

ii) White round mosquito net, not square, light blue sheets (4 sheets), charcoal iron and one grey blanket without flowers, not a duvet.

iii) Plastic cup made of bone (Cream light), One steel dish plate.

iv) Cleaning supplies: One broom with handle, two small buckets and a dustpan.

v) National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) card if in possession or cash Tsh. 50,400/= for those without health insurance cards.

IMPORTANT DOCUMENT REQUIRED

Must come with:-

i. Original Academic Certificates

ii. Original Birth Certificate

iii. NIDA Card or National Identification Number (NIDA)

iv. Copies of NIDA Cards or National Identification Numbers (NIDA) of parents and close relatives on the paternal and maternal sides (such as Father, Grandfather, Grandfather, Aunt, Mother, Grandmother, Grandmother, Uncle, Grandfather etc.)

v. Passport size 6 (blue background), and

vi. Five (5) copies of each of the certificates listed above

v) Living expenses.

NOTE

<> Mobile phones are not allowed on campus, so it is prohibited to report to the Moshi Police School with a mobile phone. Anyone found with a mobile phone will be considered a misdemeanor and will be punished with immediate expulsion from training. The school will direct the procedure for obtaining communication.

<> Anyone who reports to the Moshi Police School after 14/06/2025 will not be admitted and will be considered to have withdrawn from the training.
